This pickup is aimed at the high-gain player who wants to push their boundaries. When clean, the X3XNeo is tonally darker than our other humbuckers due to the higher DCR, but without turning into a woolly, muddy, unusable mess. When pushed, this dual-rail, super-hot humbucker really delivers, helped in no small part by the powerful Neodymium magnet. Perfect for squealing pinch harmonics, heavy rhythm and soaring lead work.

All our humbucking guitar pickups are wired with the ability to be coil-split so a wiring diagram is provided that shows how to wire for 'standard non-split', 'simple split', 'partial phasing' and 'series/parallel' configurations. 

We recommend that an experienced guitar technician installs your Alan Entwistle guitar pickups.
