X3XNEO (MODERN / HOT)

This pickup is aimed at the high-gain player who wants to push their boundaries. When clean, the X3XNeo is tonally darker than our other humbuckers due to the higher DCR, but without turning into a woolly, muddy, unusable mess. When pushed, this dual-rail, super-hot humbucker really delivers, helped in no small part by the powerful Neodymium magnet. Perfect for squealing pinch harmonics, heavy rhythm and soaring lead work.  The 4-conductor wiring facilitates easy coil-splitting or series/parallel switching.

Alan Entwistle guitar pickups are supplied unboxed and with mounting screws and springs (where model-appropriate). Most of our humbucking guitar pickups are wired with the ability to be coil-split so a wiring diagram is available on our wensite that shows how to wire for 'standard non-split', 'simple split', 'partial phasing' and 'series/parallel' configurations.
