Shipping policy

Every effort will be made to ship your purchase within 3 working days of payment. A tracked delivery service will be used (no signature required unless there is no other tracked option available, as with some international delivery. Please monitor your parcel tracking as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if there is nobody home to sign for your package). Tracking information depends on the tracking service and is not the responsibility of Entwistle Pickups. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery (in general, we expect delivery to be quicker than this under normal circumstances but in the event of a slower delivery, please contact the courier. Additional time may be required for international customs / strike action / etc). 

Entwistle Pickups does not take responsibility for paying for import fees / duty / tariffs except where stated. Even where stated there may be additional charges for the recipient to pay before receiving their package. If in doubt, please refer to your country's customs department.
