Refund policy

A full refund can be issued for faulty goods, up to 28 days after purchase. Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned goods, subject to inspection. Goods must be undamaged and unaltered by customer. If product has been altered or been subject to damage/abuse, a refund may not be offered. If return postage is arranged by customer, please use a tracking service and obtain proof of postage as no responsibility will be taken for non-arrival of goods. Non-delivery may affect your refund.

After 28 days from receipt of goods and for up to one calendar year, an exchange (but not refund) can be issued for faulty goods only. Exchange will be issued on receipt of returned goods, subject to inspection. Refunds cannot be issued for any goods which are damaged / changed in any way / does not fit your guitar / does not give the desired sound with your current guitar and amplifier setup. TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT, PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
