These are 100% Cotton, 185gsm Weight, crew neck, quality T-shirts

Just consult the size chart, pick the best size, as follows:

CHEST TO FIT (INCHES): This is the chest size you would usually use to buy your T-shirts.

ACTUAL CHEST (CM): This is the width of the T-shirt when measured from one armpit seam to the other. You can measure one of your favourite T-shirts and compare.

BODY LENGTH (CM): This is the total length of the garment from the very top to the very bottom. Again, measure your favourite-fit T-shirt to compare.

SIZE TOLERANCE: +/- 1.5cm.
