HVN (VINTAGE / HOT)

This is wound like our classic HV58 but with a Neodymium bar magnet replacing the standard Alnico one. It stands out as a unique guitar pickup in its own right – a humbucker with the versatility to mimic tones of a single coil. With its ability to effortlessly cut through any mix, it delivers vintage-like tones with heightened treble and added grunt. The 4-conductor wiring facilitates easy coil-splitting or series/parallel switching. 

Please note: Each selection is for one pickup. If you require a set you will need to select additionally for each one.

Alan Entwistle guitar pickups are supplied unboxed and with mounting screws and springs (where model-appropriate). Most of our humbucking guitar pickups are wired with the ability to be coil-split so a wiring diagram is available on our website that shows how to wire for 'standard non-split', 'simple split', 'partial phasing' and 'series/parallel' configurations.
