HV58 ZB NP (VINTAGE, NON-POTTED)

Our non-potted version of the classic late ’50s humbucker pickup, made to vintage specifications. Featuring Alnico V magnetics, enamel coated winding wire, scatter-wound coils, and hard-nickel pole pieces, these guitar pickups deliver authentic vintage character. These pickups are NOT potted, so are ideal for the aficionado seeking that true, authentic sound. Although not suited to the high-gain player, they are perfect for low-gain, classic-style amps. This one is for the true vintage enthusiast.

Alan Entwistle guitar pickups are supplied unboxed and with mounting screws and springs (where model-appropriate). All our humbucking guitar pickups are wired with the ability to be coil-split so a wiring diagram is provided that shows how to wire for 'standard non-split', 'simple split', 'partial phasing' and 'series/parallel' configurations.
